Sanitary District Minutes and Treasurer's Reports are distributed to everyone attending the Sanitary District Meeting held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the SCC Library on Bifrost Way.  All Skyland Estates residents are welcome to attend.

If you decide to attend our monthly public hearings, please be advised that audio recordings are made of these sessions, and that visitors must sign in and follow the conduct outlined in the SCC Public Hearing Policy.

Minutes and Reports will be posted here as soon as possible after each meeting.  Thank you for your interest in our community!

Become an SCC Shareholder
Interested in becoming more involved in the community?  All property owners in Skyland Estates are eligible to purchase one share of stock in the Skyland Community Corporation (SCC). Joint owners of a property may purchase one share of stock jointly or one share each individually.

Stock ownership entitles you to vote in board elections, attend the annual stockholders’ meeting, and run for a position on the board of directors. If you're a homeowner in Skyland Estates and you're interested in purchasing a share of SCC stock, complete, sign and mail the SCC Stock Purchase Request form available here.  The mailing address is included on the form.
